SUERC-Cosmo is unique in the UK because of the in-house capability of taking geological samples from rock to interpreted cosmogenic nuclide results. It is also unique in the UK for being able to make Cl-36 AMS analyses. SUERC-Cosmo supports geoscientists world-wide. It operates world-class research facilities and manages national and international research projects in support of a broad cross-section of the UK research community. With support from UK Research & Innovation, the Universities of Edinburgh and Glasgow, SUERC invests millions in the development of our research facilities to ensure that our staff, students and collaborators have the very best equipment to help them in their work.
